TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AIRLINES

The flight/airline tickets booked through the Website or through our other Sales Channels are subject to the terms & conditions and conditions of carriage of the concerned airline/carrier/operator (as applicable), including but not limited to cancellation and refund policies contained therein. The carriage of passengers and their baggage may also be subject to the applicable Warsaw Convention 1929 or the Montreal Convention 1999, and other applicable legislation which may limit or stipulate the carrier's liability in certain circumstances.

These Terms of Services read with our Terms of Use apply to such Flight bookings, in addition to the terms and conditions of the concerned airline/carrier/operator, and the User and the traveller shall be responsible to comply with the same. You cannot combine multiple travel services in a single booking, unless permitted.

TICKETS

Space Town will send a reservation/booking confirmation by e-mail, after the booking. This confirmation shall contain important information as booking reference, flight number and travel times. We recommend the Traveller to print a schedule via the link provided in the confirmation.

CONNECTION, CHANGEOVER OR LAYOVER TIME

The time for changes at the intermediate stops is computed by the airlines. If a flight segment is facing a delay, at a consistently booking, airlines will help the Traveler to the final destination.
When booking separate tickets, the airlines have no responsibility for delays leading to missed connection. It is the Traveller’s responsibility to check that switching time is sufficient according to airlines and airports.

Tickets with separate reservation number is always handled as individual trips independently.

For passengers that book a series of one-way tickets (e.g. separate ticketing), passengers need to check if the Minimum Connection Time (MCT) is enough between flights. Space Town might provide different airlines as a cost effective option but Space Town would not be responsible if any one of the airlines rescheduled the itinerary that would result in a shorter connection time, thereby risking a missed flight. To avoid any issues be sure to either book a return flight (and the airline will manage the MCT for you) or that you have adequate time during your connection or layover to catch your next flight.

FLIGHT SEGMENTS

Flights must be used in chronological order, so if you don’t take your first flight, your airline may automatically cancel the rest of your itinerary. This framework is outside Space Town’s control. If your airline does allow you to ‘skip’ any flights, please make sure you cancel the flights you don’t want in accordance with their cancellation policy. Note that you may not be entitled to a full refund (or any refund) for these unused flights

ROLE OF SPACE TOWN AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Space Town does not own, operate or manage any airlines, and the contract of service for utilization of the flight is always between the User and the concerned airline/carrier/operator.

Airlines retain the right to reschedule flight times, route, change or cancel flights or itineraries independent of and without prior intimation to Space Town, and we have no control or authority over the logistics of the airlines and therefore are not liable for any loss, direct or incidental, that a User may incur due to such change or cancellation of a flight.

We only act as an intermediary and cannot answer questions like luggage, rescheduling and cancellation policies. Space Town is not responsible for missed connection or non-repayment of separate tickets for schedule changes, delays or cancellations.

BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE

The baggage allowance on given fare is as per the terms decided by the airline, and Space Town has no role to play in the same. Some of the fares shown in the booking may be “hand baggage fares” which requires the User to pay separately for check in baggage. The prices for adding check-in baggage to a booking or excess baggage may vary from airline to airline. The User is advised to contact the airlines for detailed costs.

Any delays or damage to baggage related concerns must be reported immediately to the airline’s representatives at the airport, and Space Town has no role to play in resolutions of your claims or concerns in this regard.

TICKET RESERVATION AND PRICING

Combination of single tickets (One-way combination): Trips marked with “One Way combination” consists of two one-way trips. Although the distances are booked together they are independent of each other. This means that each segment is treated separately for cancellations, changes and disruptions such as strikes and schedule changes. Each airline’s rules apply.
Pricing: The total price displayed on the Website on the payment page (or as provided to you by/on our other Sales Channels) usually includes fare/cost of the ticket, applicable government taxes and our service fees. Users are required to pay the entire amount prior to the confirmation of their booking(s). In case of failure/delay in payment, Space Town reserves its right to cancel the booking.

Taxes and Charges levied by authorities/airports: The fares quoted may not include the individual charges such as departure taxes, passenger service charges, and airport taxes, imposed by airport or aeronautical authorities of the countries you are visiting. In case these charges are not collected by us as part of our invoice for any reason, you may be required to pay them directly to the charging authorities.

Meals: Some bookings may include meals as confirmed at the time of booking. Any other meals and beverages (not explicitly included in your booking) will be charged extra and shall be paid by the User directly to the airline.

Transportation and hotel for airport transfers or date: Any ground transportation and accommodation during the trip is not included in the flight fare. It is the Traveller’s responsibility to check schedules and prices. This also applies to changes in airline schedules.

Infant Fare: Infant/Children fares shall be as per the terms of the airlines, if applicable, depending on the age of the child throughout the entire itinerary (which includes both onward and return journeys). Children between 0-2 years are ordinarily regarded as infants and given no own seat as per airline policy. If the infant is 2 years or above on the return journey, you will be required to make a separate booking using a child fare, as per airline policy. Any infants or children must be accompanied by an adult as per the terms of the airlines. Infants must have valid proof-of-age documents showing that the infant is under two years old.

Unaccompanied Children: Unaccompanied minor bookings cannot be made online and please contact our call centre or offline offices for more details in this regard, as unaccompanied minors may not be allowed to travel alone without a parent or guardian.

Price Changes or Technical Errors: In cases of short charging of the booking amount, taxes, statutory fee, service charges etc. or any other price changes, owing to any technical error or any other reason, Space Town reserves the right to deduct, charge or claim the balance amount from the User. Where the balance amount is claimed prior to the utilization of the booking but not paid by the User, Space Town will be at liberty to cancel the relevant booking of the User. Should this happen, the traveller will be notified via email. We will in such situations, reserve the right to contact the passenger for any changes made in the booking/reservation (and will try our best to contact you within 24 hours of discovery of the error/price change, however, if such technical problems in connection with the reservation have arisen during the weekend or a holiday, we will contact the Traveller on the next working day).

Loyalty Cards: You can enter your membership/loyalty card details for loyalty programs at time of booking, if such option is provided by us. We will in such cases send your information onwards but are not responsible (and cannot guarantee) that the concerned airline will credit or register the bonus/loyalty points for this booking. for the bonus registered with the concerned airline. Please also note that all airline tickets are not bonus-based and this is between you and the airline. Space Town is not liable or responsible for any loyalty program discrepancies in relation to your booking.
Meals, Frequent Flyer Miles. Special Service Requests: Meals, frequent flyer miles and special service requests are on a request basis only and are subject to airline(s) confirmation. For any information regarding your Frequent Flyer miles, please contact the airline directly.
Premium Economy, Business, First Class: This service can only be purchased at time of booking. Depending on the airline choices, the service can sometimes be offered only on portions of the flight, and the scope, nature and class of services varies from airline to airline. For specific information, refer to the airline websites. Space Town will not be held responsible if the airline changes the aircraft type or books a cabin class which causes changes in service provision or downgrades in your opinion. Any complaints must be made directly to the respective airlines.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Any booking is subject to applicable cancellation policy of the Airline/Carrier/Operator, and these cancellation charges can be up to 100%, depending on such cancellation policy. There will also be no refund for 'no-shows' or any partially unused flights.

In case of any cancellations, refunds (if any) will be processed as per the fare rules and cancellation policy of the applicable airline/carrier/operator. Such refunds shall be subject to Space Town receiving the same from the airline/carrier/operator and Space Town will not be held liable for any refund failure by them. The service charges per person per journey paid to Space Town at the time of booking are always non-refundable, irrespective of any cancellation for any reason.

Subject to us receiving refund from the airline/carrier/operator, as applicable, we will make efforts to process the refund within 21 days of cancellation, however, please note that the processing time for refunds may vary depending on the mode of payment, bank etc. Refund for partially utilized tickets (for eg: only one sector flown & other sector cancelled) may take 25 to 30 working days depending on the airline. The refund, if any, shall be credited to the same account from which the payment was made. In the event of cancellation and refunds upfront discount and promo code discount (if any) availed at the time of booking would be deducted from the refund amount.

Cancellation Requests: Only cancellation requests made by phone at +46(0)772252530 or through our online request form shall be entertained. Space Town shall not be liable for any cancellation requests made through any other medium including (but not limited to) letter mail, social media, etc.
If your cancellation request is made fewer than 48 hours prior to departure, then you'll need to contact our customer support team: Within the Sweden at 0772 25 25 30 or internationally at 46 722 25 25 30
If you have done an online or phone check-in (also known as a 'Web/Tele Check-in') with the airline, get in touch with the airline for cancellation. Space Town will not be able to process the refund and cannot not take any responsibility for cancellations made directly between the passenger or the airline.
For any cancellation made by you, for which a refund is already processed and if it is found that you have in fact used or made changes to the ticket on the same PNR directly with the airline, Space Town reserves the right to debit your original mode of payment against the amount which has been refunded to you or otherwise claim such amount from you.
CODE SHARE

Some airlines enter into "code share" agreements with other airlines which means that on certain routes, the airline carrier selling or marketing the flight ticker (your ‘ticketing carrier”) does not fly its own aircraft to that destination. Instead, it contracts or partners with another airline to fly to that destination (your “operating carrier”). The partner airline may be listed as "operated by" in the booking. However, please note that we will only be able to disclose the same, when the ticketing airline discloses it to us in the first place.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS AND TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

It shall be the sole responsibility of the traveller/User to ensure that they obtain and are in possession of valid travel documents such as identity proof, passport, visa (including transit visa) etc. to undertake the travel. The traveller should have a valid passport and visa (to final destination and any visas at intermediate stops / airport transfers, if required) for the duration of the travel and the expiry date of the passport and visa must be acceptable to all the countries the traveller enters. The traveler is solely responsible for any costs incurred due to deficiencies in the said formalities. More information on the passport and visa requirements is available at the embassy of the country or countries you will be travelling to.

Space Town shall not be held liable in any way in case of any issues including any inability to travel or being unable to utilize any booking for not carrying of valid travel documents.

User understands that the information (if any) provided by us regarding the travel documents is only advisory in nature and can’t be considered conclusive. User has the sole responsibility of checking the requirements of travel documents, with the respective airlines of the respective jurisdictions the User may transit through or choose to visit.

In addition to Visa certain countries may require additional conditions to be fulfilled. For example, an "OK TO BOARD" approval may be required to visit some countries. User understands that it is the complete discretion of the concerned Airline/ department to grant or reject "ok to board" and we have no role to play in this regard.

Immunization; Vaccination; Travel Insurance: You are also advised to check with your doctor whether you are required to undergo immunization prior to entry or stopover in the countries to and through which you will be travelling. It is the traveller’s responsibility to hold complete vaccinations and other necessary formalities required for travel to the country the traveller planning to visit. Any costs associated with the above are paid by the traveller. Some countries require that you have adequate travel insurance. It is your responsibility to ascertain these requirements and to fulfil such requirements.
CHECK-IN TERMS

User should check with the airlines/airports directly regarding the check-in timings. Please carry valid identification proofs, passport, age proofs and other travel documents as may be required.

FLIGHT SCHEDULE

Space Town is not responsible for providing information about schedule changes or cancellations. We are not liable for cancellation due to environmental disaster, act of war, strikes or other unpredictable event or any other Force Majeure Event (as such term is defined in our Terms of Use).

If the schedule change means late arrival to the hotel or rental car company, the Traveler must contact the hotel or rental car company to communicate this.

For other information on the rights of passengers traveling by air, you can also refer to the terms and conditions/website of the airline.

TRAVELLERS’/USERS’ RESPONSIBILITIES

• The Traveller/User must read and accept the travel conditions before purchase.
• Before placing the booking, check that the spelling of the passenger’s name matches the spelling in the passport. Flights are personal and it is not possible to change an existing reservation.
• Contact Space Town immediately if the confirmation does not come to you via email within minutes of booking. As soon as the acknowledgment come to you by e-mail, make sure the information is correct. If in doubt, notify Space Town immediately, and we will help you if we can (without any obligation and excluding any claim as to your entitlement to such assistance). Outside of our office hours, please contact the airline directly to check whether any adjustments are possible.
• Regularly monitor the e-mail address, and all correspondence from us via e-mail.
• Continuously check flight times and any schedule changes for both the outward and return journey.
• Check with the respective airlines from the airport terminal departure is from.
• Check your visa, travel documents and documents of final destination and for any intermediate stops. This is done via the respective country’s embassy as well as those airlines that perform the journey.
• Check which vaccinations are needed for the trip.
• Check passport regulations and the passport expiry date, as some countries require that your passport is valid for at least six months after returning home.
• Check the current check-in times for the entire trip. We recommend to check in at the airport at least 2 hours prior to departure for domestic flights and 3 hours for international flights, or such longer time period as may be specified by the airline, as otherwise you may be regarded as ‘no-show’.

CHANGES TO EXISTING BOOKING

We can assist you with amendments to most bookings but in some cases you'll need to contact the airline directly. Depending on the airline's policy, some booked fares may not be amended.
Any changes made to any existing booking shall be subject to certain charges levied by the respective airline/carrier/operator, which may vary depending on flight/airline/booking class. Further, if the modified booking has higher fare, then such differential fare would be payable by you to confirm the amended booking. However, if the new fare is lower than the original fare, difference in the amount will not be refunded.
Our service charges as applied on the original bookings are non-refundable. In addition, we will also apply our service charges for the rebooking/amended booking which will be payable by you.

TERMS OF THE HOTEL

Space Town merely provides an online platform to the User to select and book a particular hotel through its Website (or through its other Sales Channels). You cannot combine multiple travel service in a single booking, unless permitted. “Hotels” may include hotels, home-stays, bed and breakfast stays, hostels and any other alternate accommodations. You shall be responsible to comply with any terms and conditions of the Hotels, as applicable to your booking. The transaction or the service fulfilment relation is always between the User and the Hotel, and the Hotel shall be solely responsible for provision of the services/accommodation booked by the User.

These Terms of Services read with our Terms of Use apply to these hotel bookings, in addition to the terms and conditions of the concerned hotel, and the User and the traveller shall be responsible to comply with the same.

The hotel booking voucher which Space Town issues to a User is solely based on the information provided or updated by the Hotel regarding the inventory availability. In no circumstances can we be held liable for failure on part of a Hotel to accommodate the User with a confirmed booking, the standard of service or any insufficiency in the services, or any other service related issues at the Hotel. Any such issues should be directly resolved by the User with the hotel.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES

Check-in time, check-out time, and any changes in those timings, will be as per Hotel policy & terms. Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

Please carry valid identity proof and address proof, at the time of check-in. The hotels shall be within its rights to deny check-in to a User if a valid identity/residence proof is not presented at the time of check-in as per its policies. The primary guest should be at least 18 years of age.

RIGHT OF ADMISSION

The Hotels reserves the sole right of admission and Space Town has no say whatsoever in admission or denial for admission by the hotel, and we will have no responsibility or liability in this regard.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY OF SPACE TOWN

All the information pertaining to the Hotel as displayed on the Website (or as provided to you through our other Sales Channels) or your booking voucher including the category of the hotel, images, room type, amenities and facilities available at the Hotel are as per the information/data provided by the Hotel to Space Town, and Space Town has not undertaken any independent verification of the same. Therefore, any discrepancy that may exist between the Website pictures (or pictures provided through our other Sales Channels) and actual settings/facilities/infrastructure of the Hotel shall be raised by the User with the Hotel directly, and directly resolved with the Hotel. Space Town will have no responsibility in that process of resolution, and shall not take any liability for such discrepancies. Space Town shall also not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for any claims that you may have with respect to the booked Hotel, and the same should be directly addressed to the Hotel.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE USER

The User would be liable to make good any damage(s) caused by any act of him/ her/ or their accompanying guests (willful/negligent) to the property of the Hotel in any manner whatsoever. The extent and the amount of the damage so caused would be determined by the concerned Hotel. We would not, in any way, intervene in the same.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES LEVIED BY THE HOTEL

The booking amount paid by the User is only for stay at the hotel and only to the extent specified in your booking. However, some bookings may include breakfast and/ or meals as confirmed at the time of booking. Any other services utilized by the User at the hotel, including laundry, room service, internet, telephone, extra food, meals, drinks, beverages, spas etc. shall be paid by the User directly to the hotel.

TYPES OF BOOKINGS

The following types of bookings are available on the Website or through our other Sales Channels:
• Taxi Bookings: The Users can book a vehicle with a driver for transport from one place to another (“Taxi”).
• Car Rental Bookings: The Users can book a vehicle operated by third party operators, on hire/rental basis, for a pre-determined time period.
• Airport Transfers/Pick and Drop Bookings: The User intending to travel from and to the airport can book vehicles with a driver (operated by third party operators) for pick up and drop of to the airports.

The aforesaid vehicles are all operated by third party operators, and Space Town through the Website/Sales Channels only allows the User to book such services from the concerned operators, if so required by the User, and therefore these services are subject to the terms and conditions of such operators. The term “Vehicle Operator” refers to the taxi/cab operators providing their vehicles with their drivers for Taxi services or providing their vehicles for hire/rental by the User(s) without drivers, as the case may be.

The User should not use these services for any purpose which is unlawful or illegal under the applicable laws.

These Terms of Services read with our Terms of Use apply to the aforesaid travel services, in addition to the terms and conditions of the concerned Vehicle Operator, and the User and the traveller shall be responsible to comply with the same.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY OF SPACE TOWN

Space Town does not operate any Taxi/cab or Car rental services on its own, and merely provides an online platform to the User to select and book such services through its Website/Sales Channels. The transaction or the service fulfilment relation is always between the User and the Vehicle Operator, and the Vehicle Operator shall be solely responsible for provision of these services booked by the User.

It is the sole responsibility of the Vehicle Operator to ensure it has all the requisite licenses, approvals, insurance and permits from appropriate authorities required to undertake the travel/service booked, and Space Town gives no warranty or assurance in regard to the same.

Space Town also does not guarantee the precise make and model of the vehicle you are booking (unless expressly stated in your booking confirmation). Car pictures are illustrative only.

Space Town shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for any claims with respect to the booked trip/service including without limitation, claims pertaining to timeliness, safety, continuity, uninterrupted travel, quality, conditions of vehicle or driving skill, the vehicle not departing or reaching on time, behavior of the Taxi driver, Operator, interiors of the vehicle, cancellation of the trip/booking by the Vehicle Operator due to any reason whatsoever, the baggage of the User/traveller getting lost, stolen or damaged, the Vehicle Operator providing a different type of vehicle to the User/traveller, the User/traveller waiting at the wrong boarding point, the User/traveller being dropped to nearest location by the driver of the Taxi due to any unavoidable circumstances, or any act or omission of Vehicle Operator/driver of the Taxi causing damage, injury, accident, loss of life to the User/passenger.

In the event of any dissatisfaction with any of the services provided by the Vehicle Operator or the driver, the matter must be reported directly to Vehicle Operator and Space Town will have no liability in this regard.

PAYMENT FOR BOOKINGS AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES

The total amount for booking of a Taxi or car for hire/rental shall be paid by the User at the time of booking itself. Such total booking amount would include the fare for Taxi/Car rental charges, applicable taxes, and service charges of Space Town.

Please note that the booking amount paid does not include toll charges, interstate taxes, parking charges, passenger taxes or any other applicable levies and the same shall be borne by the User and paid directly to the driver/Vehicle Operator, as applicable. User also understand that in case of violation of any traffic and/or road rules, penalty charged by any concerned authority attributable to the User (or the person using the booked vehicle) shall be borne by the User or such person.

In case of Taxi services, if the actual usage is more than what you have booked and paid for at the time of the booking, the final payable amount for your trip may be different as the same is calculated based on actual usage (number of Kilometers and hours). Distance and time are calculated from garage to garage and not from the pick-up of the User for both within city and outside city trips, unless otherwise specified by the Vehicle Operator. Further, the travel allowance wherever applicable has to be paid directly to the driver.

In case of Car Rental services, the final amount will be calculated based on the verification of the vehicle at the time of return to the Vehicle Operator or its representative. The User either at the time the of booking or at the time of picking up the vehicle hired, may also have to make payment towards security deposit, as per the requirements of Vehicle Operator. The amount paid towards security deposit is strictly governed by the terms of Vehicle Operator and Space Town has no role to play in this regard including with respect of refund of such security deposit at the time of handover of Cabs.

Such refunds shall be subject to Space Town receiving the same from the Vehicle Operator and Space Town will not be held liable for any refund failure by such Vehicle Operator. The service charges paid to Space Town at the time of booking are always non-refundable, irrespective of any cancellation for any reason.

Subject to us receiving refund from the Vehicle Operator, we will make efforts to process the refund within 21 days of cancellation, however, please note that the processing time for refunds may vary depending on the mode of payment, bank etc. The refund, if any, shall be credited to the same account from which the payment was made. In the event of cancellation and refunds upfront discount and promo code discount (if any) availed at the time of booking would be deducted from the refund amount.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE USERS

The User/traveller must carry a valid photo-id proof and present the same to the Vehicle Operator or driver of the Taxi before boarding the Taxi, who may deny boarding in the event of any mismatch in the identity of the User or traveler.

The User shall board the Taxi on or within such time as informed at the time of booking or provided in the booking voucher, at the boarding point. In case the User fails to board the Taxi as specified above, the Vehicle Operator will have the liberty to cancel the booking without informing the User, and the same shall result in forfeiture of the total booking amount paid by the User without any refund entitlement.

In case of car rentals, you must check the specific requirements of the Vehicle Operator as these requirements may vary from one operator to another (such as driving license requirements, international driving permit if required, security deposit size, paperwork needs, payment modes accepted etc.) Please carry all relevant documents/items as may be required in this regard to utilize your bookings.

USER TO MAINTAIN GOOD AND ORDERLY CONDUCT

The User should maintain and ensure good and orderly conduct with Cab Operator/drivers; should not board the Cab if intoxicated or under influence of any drug or similar abusive substances; should not the driver to violate any traffic rules, or other applicable laws; should not coerce the driver to overload the boot space with User’s luggage. Upon any failure to comply with the above, the User may be asked to disembark the vehicle in addition to any other rights exercised by the Cab Operator/drivers.

CHANGES IN EXISTING BOOKINGS

Once a booking is made by the User, changes in departure time, boarding or dropping points are not permitted, unless otherwise permitted by the Vehicle Operator, in which case additional charges may apply. We can assist you with permitted amendments but in some cases you’ll need to contact the Vehicle Operator directly. Depending on the Vehicle Operator’s policy, some bookings may not be amended.

Any changes that are made to any existing booking shall be subject to certain charges levied by the Vehicle Operator. Depending on the Vehicle Operator’s, vehicle category, dates etc. charges for changes or modifications to existing bookings may vary. Further, if the modified booking has higher fare, then such differential fare would be payable by you to confirm the amended booking. However, if the new fare is lower than the original fare, difference in the amount will not be refunded.

Our service charges as applied on the original bookings are non-refundable. In addition, we will also apply our service charges for the rebooking/amended booking which will be payable by you.

LUGGAGE

Prior to commencement of trip, User should check and agree with Vehicle Operator on dimension/weight of the luggage that can be accommodated in the boot space of the Taxi, and Space Town shall have no liability or role to play in this regard.

User shall be responsible and liable for their own safety and security of luggage. Space Town shall not be responsible for any loss to User or their luggage in any event.
